Spring/Summer 2011 Schedule
Currently all levels of Reiki classes are being offered. More classes will be added as we move along in the year. Please check back periodically for updates.
Reiki means “Universal Life Force” in Japanese. It is a form of energy work that utilizes chi (energy) to promote health and wellbeing.
Reiki was not the first practice I started with, but I have found that it is one of the most inclusive. It is gentle, includes self-healing as well as working with others. Reiki is a powerful tool to learn whether it is for personal empowerment or as a healing modality with others.
